No I have not filed the appeal ... we are just going to refile the petition again and pray this time they accept our documents ... the RFE for BC's seem to be something new they are requesting out of the local offices of uscis ... it's like being on a wild ride that you can't get off!!!

So u are dealing with RFE too..Ours is a bit complicated but hoping they will accept whatever documents we can gather in our attempt to get death certificate of my late hubbys wife who died in Saudia flight 163 last 1980..
