    I tried to search with the specified country and it never gave me the results. So I didn't click on any destination it gave me somewhat like yours but I think just a few more. Anyways I just called NVC and they said it was shipped out on NOVEMBER 9TH but I couldn't find it !!! Can you please check for me. It's going to BEIRUT. LEBANON

    You receive that information from NVC, not the embassy (unless you're doing DCF).

    Vision exam doesn't matter. Obviously, as I failed laughing.gif Does he have a pair of glasses he can wear to the medical?

    He did before but now he switched to lenses. He called one of the panel physicians and she told him if you wear glasses bring them. Although the one he wants to go to is also one of the panel physicians he called them twice and she never mentioned anything about bringing glasses and vision exam. She only said blood test and chest x-ray with like 10 mins check up with the dr.

    No urine tests either. The medical goes as follows (may not be the same order everywhere):

    -fill out a form asking for basic information (name, birth date, questions about previous hospitalizations, drug use, etc etc).

    -short physical with a doctor who may go over some questions on the filled out form

    -X-ray of chest

    -simple eye test (I completely failed this with my weak glasses laughing.gif)

    -blood test for syphilis

    -any vaccines needed (like the flu shot which I was forced to get even though it was after flu season according to everywhere I read headbonk.gif )

    That's it. No urine tests. No skin tests.

    Really? Does the vision exam really counts? I'm really worried my husband's medical exam is a week from now. And he has vision problems he wears lenses. Will he be asked to remove them?

    It hasn't worked for me today either; I don't know why. But before - all was fine.

    This is how I learned it:

    Line 1: EXP 05 NOV2012A (I always do space before and after the number; everything else stays together. You pick this date - it can be anything from last few days)

    Line 2: the date HAS to be the same as in Line 1

    Line 3: always current/today's date

    Line 4: leave empty

    Line 5: put Germany or leave empty (sometimes when you leave empty, it will show you many packages but not from Germany; then when you check just for Germany, you will see a package - I have no idea why .....)

    Can you please give me the full instruction the website and what I should click on to get those lines.

    Saylin, my attorney did not send in my naturalization so I just found out going thru my papers. Is my husband suppose to have it original in hand at the interview? It doesn't specify on the email the NVC sent out last night. But it says to bring all originals that I was suppose to have to the interview if not submitted to NVC and neither does it say anything about the petitioner on the embassy's website. Should I mail it to him?

    SAYLIN!!! your magic is making rounds, my dear!!! just 5 days after completing our case my husband is scheduled his interview!!! 12/6/12!!!! WOW!!!! what a wonderful wonderful day!!!!! i called DOS and they gave me the date. OVERWHELMING!!! :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance: :dance:

    Yup now I regret calling the NVC all that time. They always put me down. I called DOS just abt an hour after calling NVC and I was able to get a much better answer. I dunno I just suggest everyone calling DOS instead of NVC.

    I have a question if I tried to expedite my case with NVC and got a respond back from them saying that they notified the embassy in Beirut and will hear back from them if they approve this case or not. I did so because they were calling for a civil war like 3 wks ago but now everything seems to be alright. My case been completed with NVC since October 4th. So but I never heard anything back from the embassy at all. I'm afraid I won't get a December date either. My question is that will that step now delay the interview date?

    Still waiting on my interview ughhhh this step tis nerve racking than anything else!!! I can't wait any longer it was very hard for me not to call for a whole week because Friday I called 5x they all said the same thing that they were done for November. So I just called now to figure out when is the 2nd week according to them. If it is on the 5th or 12th? She said they schedule all month long they don't do the 2nd week of each month anymore that's an old system she says. Oh God only if I knew how they really do it instead of getting different answers everytime I ca.

    Nope just call every few days. They are done when they are done. You never know.

    I just called again LOL and the lady said no we don't have a time yet but we can't estimate how long it might take it can take up to months. I asked her when will you guys be done scheduling for November she said there isn't a time frame we keep scheduling everytime there is an opening. OMG I guess it shows how many times I called today. I called like 4-5 times today coz I wanted to make sure I hear something else from the secon call which was that they are done scheduling. She said it doesn't help to keep calling just wait for the email lol I said I can't wait for that extra time till the email is delivered haha! OMG I'm so anxious I really want him here by black Friday to go shopping for our new house LOL

    I called NVC this morning when they first opened and the lady said no date as of yet but call back by Friday you should know. So I just called now again just got off the phone the man says we are done for the month of November. Is this true? Because another lady said they are done by the end of 3rd week of October then another one said all month long. I'm so confused! I really want a date a November!!!
