  1. how do you do that? do you call or email someone?

    If you log into the site you used to make the original appointment (Travel.state.gov if I recall) there will be an option for "reschedule your appointment" at under all your information. The new dates should be listed and you'll be able to select one and continue from there.

  2. We received our noa2back on oct31st. I couldn't tell if it was a trick or a treat. It seems to be a miserable trick. Here it is nearly January and we have not been sent our package for our Canadian half of the visa. I have no idea who to contact. We tried Montreal, where the noa2 claims we were being sent, but they only offered email contact info and we sent that over 3weeks ago and never received any sort of reply from them.

    I'm in complete distress. I'm caring for our 2year old completely alone ever since he was born and things just keep making this wait longer, now it feels like I'm never going to be able to have my family together.
