I have seen in other forums where Filipinas call refer to there fiances as husbands. That I am sure why she is referring to him as her husband if they are engaged.

I saw her last month and ready to go back now. Like others I just try to keep busy with things. I have to get the bedroom ready for her girls so that will keep me a little busy, plus work will help however little because all I do is think about her.

Thank you..can you help me how to do the timeline?thanks
1. Click Immigration time line at top.
2. Click Edit/Add my entry
3. Click on the box that says Edit Time Line
4. Scroll down and it will say USCIS Petitions filed and you can see where to put the dates for each step.
5. Make sure you click submit changes at the bottome
I am not sure how do the timeline in the signature of your post other than doing that manually. But here is how you add signature to your post.
1. Click Settings at the top right corner.
2. Click the profile tab.
3. On the left click Change Signature
4. Fill out the box with what you want your signature and click submit changes.
The only thing about putting the timeline in your signature you have to manually update.
Hope this helps
Nick

I don't think only meeting once is a red Flag. It only says have to have met in person. I am from Indiana not that has anything to do with my post. My first K1 ended in divorce and I am on my second for a Filipina fiance now. I only met my first fiancee once and they approved.

If it were me I would use additional sheets. Just put the question number on the sheet and continue there. I would not try to squeeze it in and make it hard to read. I would put see additional Sheet so they know to look for them. Just my thought.

As the rest say just file on your own. It is straightforward just read all the instruction on filing and you'll be fine. I just sent mine in on 12-21-2012 I just tripled checked I had everything in the envelope. I myself started from the beginning of the instructions and put everything in the packet in the same order it was asked for in the sheets. Not sure how much that helps but it helps double check you have everything. I to have a fiance in the Philippines Iloilo (cabatuan)to be exact. You will do fine on your own.

Also you will need a divorce decree. You can usually obtain a copy at the courthouse in the county in which you filed for your divorce.

Our VIsa was approved yesterday Aug 27th She was In at 7 out by 9:30. The triplets girls had their interview to, they did not ask alot to the girls other than Showing them a pic of me and asking who I was they Said Daddy Nick in harmony my fiancee said. They asked them how we bonded and they said in that we went swimming. They asked my fiance more about the girls father and was surprised she was not married but she had her cenomar so no big deal. They asked what I did for work. Not a lot of questions. All this time we wait and they were only there 2.5 hours. I know they have a lot going on so with all the visas interview. Original interview was Aug 20th but after talking to Embassy they said Sepetember 10 was earliest but I called back again after reading the website and they told her she could bring her original appointment letter and she got in on the 27th. We are so happy right not just waiting on Visa to be in hand. Funny what seemed like was going to be a long time is already passed, time flies. Can't wait for them to be here.
