Welcome! Who are you filing for? If its for a step child, i just submitted the i-130. I submitted the G-325a with my husbands visa but that was a fiance visa. Not sure if its for your husband. Good luck. There is a good group of peeps here.

Thank you! My husband is filling for my son so yes step-child.I was not sure if we should send G-235A with I-130 but we did when we apply for my CR1 visa.I guess we will just send them incase they need it

Have you filed a petition yet on your stepson's behalf yet? If not, start by reading the I-130 instructions and these guides:

Once the file arrives at the NVC, the documentation that would need to be submitted can be found here: http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3195.html

The NVC will also require Affidavit of Support documentation from you also (Form I-864 and relevant financial documents).

I just haven't mail I-130 out yet Because i wasn't sure what all document that they will need.Beside We find out that we will need custody document but my wife coundl't contact her ex.So when we have everything in hand we will mail it out asap.Again Thank you so much!
