I'm working on my husband's AOS. I immediately got stuck on part 1 of the I-864. When filling out my name, do I use my maiden name or married last name? Any help would be much appreciated!

I just scheduled my fiancé for his interview. While doing the profile on ustraveldocs I realized that his home phone number is now different from the one that we reported in his I-129F due to damage done to his area's phone lines after typhoon Yolanda. Do I need to report this change to anyone?

I'm working on my fiance visa and I've run into a small problem. It seems that my legal first name is too long to fit handwritten or typed into the little box that they provide. If I choose to remove one of the names and put it in the "other names used" section, should I continue using my shortened name on all other forms to prevent confusion or should I put my full legal name if it fits?
