when does the status change to in line for an interview? I mean how long does it take from BIO to the status change?
Its always depend upon how soon your FP process & Name check gets a green signal from FBI/Government agency(there could be some other factor too). If your background is clean & no name changed situation than you should usually received with in one to two weeks after the FP.I was placed interview schedule inline after 2 day of FP. Again YMMV & Good Luck.

Wow! I Just received an Status Update from USCIS. I am now placed in line for Interview Scheduling. How much time it will take for Interview Date ? Should I called USCIS to schdule the interview date. Please advice!

I am not sure why but I update last time (Sep 20) about my status, but I didn't see my status updated. can anyone please update my status? Thanks!
I received my Interview letter on 20th Sep 2012, I successfully complete the interview on 24th October & I took Oath on 26th October. Applied the passport same day on 26th October. It was really a memorable journey. However I would like to thanked each & every member of this awesome forum ( especially Moderator & administrator for their wonderful job). Because of your help & advice today I am a proud US citizen. I am here to help & support (in any form if I can) to all fellow members. thanks once again!
