I sent my Husband a package with our Documents, weiht 18.6 pounds to Nigeria through EMS on 02/21/2013. I tracked it today on NIPOST website and I called the number to confirm. I called Hubby and told him to go pick it up NOW!!!...he has to still pay $55 USD to pick up after it cost $150 USD to send.

AOS approved,submitted IV Package yesterday, my heart is racing

NVC Valentine's Day gift to me....IV Bill Invoice!!!!!!!

I just got off the phone with Diane @NVC.First of all before I got to my question, she was verifying my email address which was incorrect (don't know how that happened, but), I asked her when my IV Bill will be invoiced and apparently since it was sent to wrong email address, she will put in a request. I clarified my email addrerss once more before hanging up....WOW!

So, I got it wrong and thought the Choice of Agent was originally accepted on 2/07/13.I called NVC and after waiting 40 minutes (who's counting), I spoke to a nice man @abt 1140. I asked why the IV Bill wasn't invoiced, he told me an agent needed to be chosen.Now the Choice of Agent was emailed using the DS-3032 template, received an Auto response, but I'm really impatient. I resent the template last night @1151 with subject line worded:Supervisor review, NVC Case #, Beneficiary...

I sent out the AOS package today using EMS, cost $19.85,next day delivery by 12 noon tomorrow.I'm really excited...praying we don't get RFE,I had a cover letter and made sure I had ALL the documents stated.

Actually got it 02/05/13 @1153 pm.I;ve been calling every day since 01/29/13. Same story "wait 10-15 days", but I kept having this feeling to call. I called then hung up before I could speak to any one. Then I wait an 1 hr and the feeling was still there to call. The lady was nice, she said "hello, how can I help you." I responded "Good evening how are you today", she said fine thank you. I gave her my USCIS number and she asked me abt Beneficiary and Petitioner's ...

God is so Merciful and kind...GOT OUR CASE NUMBER TODAY!!!!!

Hello everyone, I've been silently reading and observing this website for a while. I received txt messages that both the 129F and I 130 NOAs were approved today. I'm soo happy. I called my husband in Nigeria and he was soo elated.So the Journey begins....
