    I just got off the phone with Diane @NVC.First of all before I got to my question, she was verifying my email address which was incorrect (don't know how that happened, but), I asked her when my IV Bill will be invoiced and apparently since it was sent to wrong email address, she will put in a request. I clarified my email addrerss once more before hanging up....WOW!
