    So, I got it wrong and thought the Choice of Agent was originally accepted on 2/07/13.I called NVC and after waiting 40 minutes (who's counting), I spoke to a nice man @abt 1140. I asked why the IV Bill wasn't invoiced, he told me an agent needed to be chosen.Now the Choice of Agent was emailed using the DS-3032 template, received an Auto response, but I'm really impatient. I resent the template last night @1151 with subject line worded:Supervisor review, NVC Case #, Beneficiary...
