hi friend...we have filed for my CR1 visa on 20 aug, got NOA1 stating its with VSC but later on 28th aug uscis site says that it has been transferred to another office as it has jurisdiction over the case...can u help me whtz going on this??did u face any such thing??

good to see your reply....yes i just hope NBC is helping out VSC and get things quicker..i think field office interviews are not a case here, either its an error by uscis or helping in case overload....i will keep u posted whatever happens...

hi friend, i just read your comment in one of the forum...my hubby has filed I130 for me around the same date as urs....our case has also been transferred to MO...do u know anything on this transfer??
