Interview tomorrow...

Interview date set for September 27th and fingers are crossed that no more gets lost before then and everything from here on is smooth sailing!

Finishing up the AOS paperwork and about to submit... We are so excited to be finishing up yet another step closer to being done with all the paperwork!

We received our appointment for interview for the i-485 yesterday!

I booked my flight out for the interview... I don't think my nerves would have let me miss it. I just want everything to be perfect!!!!

AOS packet sent!

Waiting for the check to be cashed and NOA1 for the AOS packet...

Check cashed and NOAs received for all 3 forms we sent in! AOS is moving!

Can't wait to get finished with all the paperwork... Apt. for Biometrics received.

I received a touch notice today, we our status has been changed to awaiting interview! Hopefully everything goes quickly!

A lost passport equalled a delay in everything! At least the goverment offices were nice enough to give him an appointment to get a new one two weeks before there were any scheduled openings.

AP and EAD approved! and 7 days to go until the interview for green card.

Greencard approved and EAD set to arrive any day.

Starting to think about ROC and get prepared for it. It has been nice not having to deal with this paperwork for the last year or so! Here we go again.

Submitted ROC today!!! Can't wait to be through another of these steps...

We are still awaiting the Biometrics appointment letter, I'm starting to worry.

Still waiting for the biometrics letter... two calls in to USCIS and they keep telling us to wait for the 30 day mark. ::sigh::

Congratulations! I just checked out your timeline and it looks like you are on your way!! Now is the waiting game. I am sure it will go faster than you expect.

It seems fast after the fact, when I was in your stage everything seemed to be going slowly. Good luck on your journey and congratulations! California seems to be one of the faster service centers so hopefully your petition will be fast as well.

I was reading your embassy review and it was really helpful! Thanks for sharing! We are about to interview next week and I am really nervous. I wanted to ask you, how long did it take for you to get the visa after the interview?

Thanks for letting me know! We are trying to rush everything and get him here by October 4th for our son's birthday, so I am just trying to know what to expect. It looks like things have been moving along smoothly for you and your husband since he arrived in the US.

8 months sounds like a long time to be waiting, I bet you will be getting your notice any day!
