Yay our interview went well were approved, but the consul took my EAD card he did not returned to me he said I will just used my conditional green card which will arrive next week, my question is it fine to start looking for job even I don't have the EAD card with me? Is the green card enough to show when I'm applying for job? Big thanks

G-325 and papers that require signature should be original signature. Scan or fax is like copy.

So meaning to say original documents is a must? Thanks

As far as I know, you need to bring all 'original' documents to be presented during the interview.

the 1-134(affidavit of support) needs an original signature, just pick up the package at the courier office so they wont have to find your house.

Not sure if this is consulate specific, but in Colombia my fiancee signed both copies of DS156, and the first part of DS230. She did not sign or do anything to form DS156K where it said do not write below this line. The same for the part 2 of DS230, she didn't write anything below where it said not to. We didn't need DS157 (not sure what form this is for?) When we had the interview, the first lady who took our documents gave her the form DS156K and told my fiancee to write my name in the spot that had the declaration of intent to marry. Then when she had the interview with the consulate, he had her sign that form. They never asked for DS230.

By mistake the NVC sent out files at US embassy Philippine instead in US embassy kuwait for my interview , now I need to transfer it from Philippine to Kuwait anyone has an idea how long it will take? Please help need your help???

So we sent the RFE reply on October 04th and now its been 13 days and we haven't hear anything yet! Should we call? or just wait a few more days??? anyone???

Sent an rfe too oct 2 checked it at uscis it shows there they received it oct 4 and adviced to wait 60 days otherwise they will contact us if they need further infos . Good luck to us

Sent our application July 2 but my surname was misspelled and our application came back resend it and got noa1 aug 1 so I guess we're August filer too? though we got rfe last September 26 hopefully no more rfe?
