    i got rfe on birth certificate.i was asked to submit secondry evidence.first of all.i only have sworn decleration of age from a nigerian court.should i request for national population commission certificate and will that be enough.pls does anybody has similar experiense.

      thanks guys.i am above 21.the rfe stated that i should submit "an original copy of a letter with letter headed paper from appropriate authority or agency that state why my BC is not available and whether the relevant document can still be available obtain.my concern now is whether it will affect my application process and if i send the original copy will they mail it back to me.anybody with similar experience because i am freaking out right now.
