well me and my wife made that last July and I can tell you exactly what you'll need
1- if you're divorced you'll need your divorce decree with you if you haven't been married before so all what you'll have to do is to make appointment at the embassy before you come for the affidavit of NO CONCERN for $50 (cuz sometimes you can't find very recent one if you try to make it just before you're going to make the paperwork) so just try to make the appointment before you come and make it to be the next day you're here so you can finish the whole process fast the link is https://evisaforms.state.gov/acs/default.asp?postcode=CRO&appcode=1 you'll make the appointment by your name and printout the appointment before you close the page cuz they will ask for it before they let you inside the embassy you must have your passport with you for sure and your fiancee will be with you at the embassy you'll enter first then they will send you back to the gate to get him inside with you. After you have this paper you'll go directly to the Ministry of foreign affairs office at Isis building ( the nearest one to the embassy, at the same street) to get their on it for 11 L.E then you're done with it
2- You and him will go to any governmental hospital which does pre marriage medical test to have one certificate for you and one for him that you are medically okay for marriage, he can find the nearest one to his place before you come so he can be prepared, it's very fast and we paid like 70 L.E for our certificates, and they didn't even test us they just took two photos from both of us and had it done very fast
3- he should buy " Tabe3 Zawag" from any post office which is 50 L.E then take you to the Mogama3 Tahrir to get you residency stamp on your passport for free
4- he bring two witnesses with you guys when you go to the ministry of Justice for the marriage papers both of them should have his ID card and your husband too and you have your stamped passport and you should have 5 personal photos for each of you guys and then every thing is done you'll pay like 50 L.E at the ministry of Justice
so what you'll need guys at the ministry of justice is is
1- affidavit of no concern from the embassy
2- final divorce decree if any
3- 7 personal photos for each of you (2 for the medical and 5 for the marriage contract)
4- tabe3 Zawag from any post office
5- Your stamped passport and his ID card
6- two photo copies of his ID card and two photo copies of your passport data page and two photo copies of the stamp page in your passport too
7- 2 male witnesses with their ID card (he should bring them with him)
you can do all of that in like two days if you work in a timely manner and you'll get the contract at the same day then he can go to the main notary in Ramsis St and get the contract Translated there it will take like 7 days for them then he goes to the ministry of foreign affair to get a stamp on it then it's ready for use in the US (you don't take the translation to the embassy back cuz they don't notarize it anymore, just use it like how I described and it will be okay) hope that will help you. Here's the link from the embassy too http://egypt.usembassy.gov/acs12.html
