I-130 fee is $420 per case

I-864 fee is $88. if you told the operator put 2 cases together( like my mom&dad), you just pay $88 ( 1 time)

My approval notice was on February 1 , 2013. I filed I-130 for my parents.

I just asked a Tier 2 sumitted a second service request today. They did not send my cases on the first request.

The NVC emailed me today with the info below:

Please be advised that the National Visa Center (NVC) contacted U.S.Citizenship Immigration Service (USCIS) in regards to your approvedpetition. USCIS has informed us that your petition is currently locatedat  USCIS (CALIFORNIA SERVICE CENTER - CSC).  They have informed us thatthey have requested the corresponding file; they will review thispetition and forward it to NVC once their review is complete. Pleaseallow ample time for USCIS to process their review, and the NVC willprovide another email when the file is received/reviewed.

ANY ADVICES AN D IDEAS WOULD BE VERY APPRECIATED!!!!!

It normally takes them close to three months to process these requests. There is no reason for alarm just yet. You should be hearing from the USCIS within the next month.

It has been 2 months and i still keep calling USCIS &NVC everyday . NVC told me that they will contact USCIS but still nothing since they sent the email.

CIS rep told me to wait 90 days.......................

I WANT TO CONTACT MY SENATOR, BUT YOU THINK I SHOULD WAIT?????????????????

It is recommended, though. For example, all civil documents -write yer casefile # in pencil.

There was no luck for me today. Another Tier 2 told me to wait few more weeks.

I think i have to wait 2 more weeks to see if the cases will arrive to NVC.

I-130 approval on 1 FEB 2013? are you certain the casefile is not still sitting at a local office? Do you know yer local office?

Something's fishy. I suggest you call back, get an ISO again, and ask for the date that the casefile left the local office. They do have that info, if it's left the local USCIS office. If they can't see it, then it hasn't left the USCIS local office yet.

Once the interview date is set, is also possible to change it, requesting the change VIA EMAIL into the IV unit. Not 100 percent gauranteed to work, but sometimes, yes.

I am on hold right now and hope for some luck today!!!!!

I did that in my case, Saylin, and USCIS was still saying they didn't know where it was, and putting in service requests to boot, three days after the date the file was actually sent to NVC.

HI I just called USCIS and a Tier 2 told me exactly the same what email says after asking a service request. She told me to wait after 30 days because my cases are being process. When the process is done, they will send the cases to NVC.

SO MY CASES ARE THERE AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT THAT PROCESS IS. She said it takes time and tell me to wait.

Have you contacted USCIS yet to see what they say? See if it's still there, or if they've sent it to NVC, what date did they send it.

I keep calling USCIS everyday and always has trouble talking with TIER 2.

I think i should call again till i can talk with Tier 2 before writing something!!!

if you have already written to NVCResearch@state.gov and not gotten a satisfactory answer, write to your Senator's office. The liaison can access special numbers for the NVC and the USCIS and find out what you need to know. You are well outside the time when you should have heard something.

I asked a service request on 3/12 and it said wait 30 days before contact NVC.

i did sent 2 attached copy of the approval, ( 2 times)

Asked a service request to USCIS. They told me to wait 3 more weeks to ask NVC.

I keep calling NVC everyday to see IF THEY RECEIVE OR NOT.

I want to contact my senator. BUT I AM AFRAID THET I WILL MAKE THEM CONFUSE AFTER SENDING THE REQUEST AND ALL THE EMAIL TO NVC.

I called NVC yesterday and yes they still don't have my case, I think we have the same time of approval. I was told to scan my approval letter and send it to NVCResearch@state.gov with the USCIS case number as the subject. Hopefully they'll be able to straighten up the problem/s that's causing the delay.

They told me to do the same thing. NVCresearch responded after 10 days that they don't have my cases and they will contact CIS office where my cases should been sent. Waiting is so stressful!!!! GOOD LUCK TO ALL OF US!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just called USCIS and talked to a Tier 2 officer ( a very nice lady) after trying so many times . Told her that could she make a service request for my cases because it has been over a month and contacted NVC with responds. (NVC still don't have my cases). She did help me and emailed the CIS office to send my cases as soon as possible if they did not. I may get a respond by March 17.

OHHHHHHHHHHH I feel much much better now. If you are in the same situation CALL THEM NOW. DON'T WAIT!!!! DON'T GIVE UP!!!! KEEP CALLING TILL YOU CAN SPEAK WITH SOMEONE THAT CAN HEP YOU!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi everyone!!!!!! It has been 1 month and 1 week since No2 and NVC could not locate my cases. I called NVC and they told me to send an email with the 2 approval attached. You can call and ask them. They can give you the priority date they are processing. MIne got approved yesterday . It has been 5 and haft months.
