    hi,we have the same situation.. my i-130 approved last feb 22 and yesterday hubby recieved noa again a transfer request saying our case was transfer to vsc..

      it is supposed to be transferred to NBC, right?

      My cases were sent to NBC on April 30. It tool them almost 3 months to sent the cases. Now the NBC is still not received my cases :(.
