My mother filed for an i864 for my brother she has a joint sponsor the problem is
she had an accident at work and now she is on compensation...now INS is asking for a recent paycheck and recent letter from her job!
Should i sent a copy of her recent compensation check? Can this affect her application?...please help

I recently received a letter from NVC, case had been approved and interview is coming in April. I did not have any income due to my disability in the year 2013, but did claimed taxes with my husband, husband is neither resident or citizen. I have to joint sponsors but now NVC wants me to provide more evidence of 2013 taxes, my question is should I should present a disability letter and check to prove I'm disabled? Anyone help please!!!!
