    Hi everyone i have to ask this questions and need responds ASAP.will it affect us if we wait for some months before sending or paying any bills in NVC stage ? will i be a problem if my wife wait till aproval (NOA2) before reurning to the US for jobs as to Affidavt of support my case (no co sponsor)? how long can NVC keep our case open ?

      NVC will keep your case open for 1 year. I am not sure if you have 1 year to pay the bills but that would cut it close. You can go to VJ and get links to the AOS instructions to see what you will have to provide. For an I-130 you are only required to show the last tax year. So if your noa2 was approved in 2013 you would provide 2012 tax info. What I do not know is, if you had no income for 2012 for example, and provided info on that, and if your wife had an extremely high paying job, where sh...
