Thank You for replying back. I was with F1 until 27.
I am thinking for just in case to send 2 pictures and hopefully they will choose the one from Biometrics appointment - the reason is that i am growing a mustage for "Movember" (cancer awerness) and this is not something that i have all the time
Hey you! I don't know if you remember, but we had the same AOS Interview date. Did you apply for citizenship yet. My interview was yesterday and it was easy. I applied in December 2016.

Mais alguém no processo de cidadania?

Alguém que recentemente fez o ROC? Eu só achei comentários e timelines antigas.

Hey folks
Today the government is up and running again so SS offices should be able to handle new applications for SS cards
Here is my question
We will marry this sunday----should I go and have my fiancée apply NOW with her maiden name.....or wait till after our honeymoon?
I thought I read comments here that after the wedding ceremony and her name changes.....SS can give you a hard time since her identification papers all
have her maiden name
thoughts??
thanks
This is something that is completely up to your county. For example, in my county, they give you the marriage certificate already with married name... So, when we went down the office to have my SSC, everything as ok and when it arrived in our home, it was with my married name. I just sent my papers for adjustment of status about a month after that!

Well, if you check my timeline, you'll see that I already had my biometrics. It happen on October 1st! I guess things are going faster in San Diego than Orlando... What do you think?
your green card interview?? wow that was fast...I wasn't expecting to hear anything about that for another 6 months or something. Do you mean your interview or your biometrics???

I'm cooking a lot of brazilian food, but eating american's as well!
Back in 2009, when I was here for the first time almost everything had horrible taste. Now, I like pretty everything that is NOS spice!
We're sending the AOS package within this next week and I can't wait to start working. We want to have a big religous cerimony and party in Brazil as soon as we have enough money... So I NEED to work!
We're happy!

Guys, I have a friend who wants an answer:
Did anybody needed a criminal record check from Canada (being outside Canada) for the K1 interview? Is there any possibility to get it faster? Or a faster document that proves the same thing?
Any help is really appreciated!

You don't have to wait too much
I guess it is countdown season. Are you scheduling the medical exam soon?
We were notified my interview is on June 11th. I have a feeling the next weeks will fly by. I'll be super anxious when the time comes.
Good vibes and best luck!
True. And I hope this time is enough to set everything to my flight and my dog's... Yes, I'm taking him with me and I'm going nuts with the amount of things I need to do and pay...
Wow! June 11th??? Less than 1 month! I feel you!
Good vibes and best luck for all of us!

Peeps,
I (beneficiary) just received the consulate e-mail. Our date is June 18th... I'm sooooo happy and so nervous!
Thank you guys for all the help. I know that this isn't over yet but it's always nice be thankful for all the help and good energy people give to you...
And let's keep on praying!

Yeah, that's true. Also, at this stage it highly depends on how each embassy (the Immigration Visa Unit) is prioritizing cases. I can infer from historical data that they must be dealing with a higher volume of applications, because I should have heard from them by now.
We are so over the waiting. I keep calling home to see if anything has arrived... It's so frustrating! Just to think that at the beginning of this process we expected to be together by early April makes me laugh.
Patience and good luck!
And we thought about late May...

No news from my consulate also... OMG I'd love to hear something from them within this week... Oh boy!

Rio Consulate received yesterday night our package. I can't wait to know our interview date. Anyways, I'm already preparing my documents!

Hi everyone, my fiance decided to fly to Vegas to visit me (on ESTA) yesterday. Today, about 10 minutes ago, we got our NOA2!!!!!!!!! Best part was that we were together to share in this awesome news. We received an RFE on the 24th and responded the next day via Priority Mail. They are moving fast! Good luck to everyone!!!
Congrats! We were together also but on skype! Awesome sensation!

I 130 Texas June 2020 Fillers
in Bringing Family Members of US Citizens to America
Posted
Hi everyone,
I filled for my mother and brother (21+) back in June and for my half-sister (21+) back in October. Yesterday, all 3 cases changed from cased received to 'Case Is Being Actively Reviewed By USCIS. Anybody in the same situation? Any timeline of any of those processes so I can have an idea?
Thanks a lot.
