Yes, for each visa $240.00, be grateful the visa fee was lowered, I had to pay $375.00 EACH($750.00) last year Oh and wait for AOS, you have just begun

Hello! Lena has completed all the medical and police requiremetns for K-1 visa. The next step is to deposit the Visa fee prior to interview. The fee is $240. Lena has a daughter that will join us in Atlanta. My question - Do we need to deposit $240 or $480?

Capitol idea! I dread anything that slows a process not known for its quickness! I am glad I am not dealing with government in Ukraine. whoboy!

You can also schedule an InfoPass appointment with your local USCIS office so you can talk to someone in person

I recently realized I made an error on the 129-f form for K-1 Visa. I included the name of the daughter of my finacee on the 129-f section for children who are also immigrating. Unfortunately, I incorrectly assumed her daughter had the same last name as her mother. It is the custom in Ukraine to take father's name for children regardless of their participation in child's life. Do I need to modify 129-f form? If so, how does one go about modifying a submitted goverment form? The form was submitted 4/20/12 nd is now at the Vermont processing center pending NOA2. I'd appreciate a little help - Jim
