It has been 14 days since we got our NOA1 mail and we haven't got our Biometrics Letter yet.

Finally, got our text/email notification last night for our AOS/EAD/AP..

Still NO NOA1 for our AOS.. Im starting to worry...

AOS package sent and received 7/16/2014.. Waiting for NOA1...

I'll be doing CFO soon and when I checked their website they require 2 valid IDs... So I guess they mean government issued identifications... All I have is my passport and NBI clearance.. Would that be OK? or I need another one? Thanx...

Interview in 2 days and I am freaking nervous

I will be having my interview on Sept. 26 (Thursday next week). I just received the documents from my fiance today like the affidavit of support and the supporting documents... As I was going through the papers I noticed that in the form I134 in question 10 he answered NONE and in question 11 checked the box do not intend... What will happen to me during interview if those questions were wrong? And I have a daughter(7 yrs old) coming with me, does he have to fill out another I134 for her?

I129 F approval is valid for 4 months... OUrs is from 3/7/13- 7/6/13... What does this mean? And our Interview is scheduled for 7/26/13... What should we do?

Congratulations! So happy for you guys... Hope I will pass the Interview too this June...

How are things going for you guys? Any news?

You have to wait for your NOA2...that is the Approval from USCIS or from the service center.. after that you have to get your case number from NVC. Once you have it you can pay your Visa fee and schedule your Interview.. You can call your Embassy, for ours we have the option to schedule it online... I dnt know if it works for all US Embassies though...

Scheduled our Interview on June 11, 2013... I guess we will have our medical exam around may already... Send my regards to Lyn... Glad she got there safe...

We tried calling NVC since monday to ask about our MNL Case # but their line is always busy.. Is it really like that or their is something wrong with their line?
