How long does it take to recieve CR 1 visa after interview

my appointment date is schedule for February 2013. What documents should I bring to the interview.

My I 130 case was reaffirmed and approved on October 11, 2012. NVC said they forwarded the case to The US Embassy in Kingston on November 27, 2012. I haven,t heard anything from the embassy. any one got visa after case was reaffirmed, Please help me.
