  1. I am under CR1. I undergone sputum test and the medical exam will expire on June 6, 2013 (I must leave for US, advised from SLEC)

I decided to had my medical earlier because I knew I had TB history. I thought time is just enough na ma CC na kami before my medical would expire. Submitting the IV packet was delayed because of the LAwyer. We got a new lawyer and said he's going to expedite it.

My question: Can the NVC expedite the reading of our IV packet and AOS? If we get case complete, can they give me the interview date before htis medical exam expires?

I appreciate your answers! Thank you Im just worried to redo the whole medical tests....

  3. Hi,

We are in the process of sending I-130 for CR-1 visa for spouse of USC. In G-325A form, for the question "This form is submitted in connection with application for" , should we select "Status as Permanent Resident" or select "others" and specify I-130 for CR-1.Can someone please clarify.

Yes sis, that's right.. Ours before was, Others and we specify it as Spousal Visa, same din sa CR1

  4. If they are living in the same house, the brother should fill out the I-864a. I don't think his brother's wife needs to fill it out if you're not planning to use her income (maybe someone else can confirm?).

Thank u for answering sis. I actually dont have a plan to let her wife fill out the form. I wanna ask if the income to be revealed on his brother's income in I-864A has to be just his alone? My husband will reveal his income on I-864 anyway. So, separate ba talaga sila ng mgreveal ng income?

  5. We have not paid the AOS yet. I heard we can proceed to Medical exam without an appointment for interview. I wanna clarify if its true. I opt to do this because I have a busy job as of now here in DepEd. I tried to register but I cant move on because they need the Interview date. Do we have any other ways to register? Thanks for reply

  6. Good day! Im under CR1. Were on AOS paying stage. My husband is a unemployed. He's receiving the disability compensation per month for around $ 1000. We dont reach the poverty line. We are needing a co-sponsor, that's his brother. They are living in the same roof. Now, my husband will be filling out I-864. My question is: What specific form does his brother need to fill up I-864? or I-864a. Does his wife need to fill up the I-864/a also? or his wife doesnt need to fill up any form, just my husband's brother? Need help.. wer starting filling out the forms now.

    Thank u and God Bless!

  7. Good day!

I am under CR1. We got approved and we are now on the stage of Paying AOS. Im confused with my family name.. Our I-130 is under my maiden name. As an advise from a friend. Now, my husband let me changed my passport family name to a married name so with my NBI. All our documents for NVC IV package is under Married name, Cud this not make a problem or delay. Anyways, NVC will issue visa based on the passports name. Im kinda confuse and worried about this. Is there anyone has the same case as mine here. PLS HELP... (we emailed NVC about this case too) Any ideas are greatly appreciated.

    Thank you!
