    J and I were high school sweethearts, but after his graduation, he had to go back home. Many years passed and we both went on with our lives, but neither of us forgot about one another. The internet is really amazing and after almost twenty years, we finally get a chance to be together again.

    We can finally relax now...my fiance had his interview and we were APPROVED! Actually, we'll breathe when he has his visa in hand!

      Congrats guys! I've been following your timeline with interest. We have switched from K-1 to CR-1, but it's good to know someone in Taiwan that has a visa journey, too!

      Thanks Jason32!!! We're very excited. Yes, I think that the CR1 is the way to go, looking back, I would have gone that way too. My fiance mentioned that there were a few CR1 couples interviewing at the same time he was and he could hear everything they were asking. Actually, everyone can hear everything because the interviews are done at windows and the CO's ask questions using a microphone, so there is no privacy!!! Oh well.
