am ethiopian and i met my fiance in Kuwait we want to file for a K1 visa now and because he will finish his job contract after two or 3 month we were planning to go to Ethiopia until the process finish. so what confused us is will it be any problem if we put Kuwait? does he must go to America or he can wait with me in Ethiopia?
