  1. I'm still waiting for my NOA2 but wanted to know what is the direct mailing address at the California Service Center if I need to send in additional information for the application?

I have found 3 different addresses and if I get an RFE...what address would I send the information? Can anyone help me if they know....I'm just trying to stay prepared since I should be getting a NOA2 soon. thanks

  2. Thanks for the response. I have also contacted my congressman as well. An inquiry was made but the answer I got was the same as the one I was getting when calling VSC. This was a few days ago when the time showing on the USCIS website was March 5 processing. Anyway the congressman told me that since they were processing March 5 there was nothing they could do to help me and I would have to wait until I was 45 days past approval time based on USCIS information. Bottom line I think it was a waste of a few hours on the phone and sending in forms to the congressman's office. I guess all there is to do really is just wait. Wishing there was a bit more justice in the system. Happy for all the other's being approved, but have to admit it's somewhat tough seeing one's days, weeks and in some cases a month after my petition being approved. Good luck to us.....

We are still waiting for NOA2. November 9th will be 7 months waiting....it is very frustrating and depressing. I am with CSC. I have done 2 service requests both stating that I will here a notice of action within 30 days......nothing yet!!!!

  3. Someone with a NOA1 of April 03 got approved yesterday!!!! I'm getting excited!!!

I put in a service request Sept 11th and they told me I should hear back by sept 26th today via postal mail or email. So of course I did not hear anything and I called customer service and they said they sent me an email today. I called this morning and 8am sharp. I checked my email the last 3 hours and no email. So I call back and they read the email and it said I should get a notice of action withing 30 days and they do not know why i did not get the email and they do not have access to send to me. Does that sound right to any of you or has anyone had a similar situation?????

  4. Hi,

Me and my sweetheart are still waiting for our NOA-2. We are currently at the 200 day mark now :wow: . I am worried we have not recieved no RFI or our approved NOA-2. I just sent my Texas Senator our information on our very long wait from the Vermont Service Center to send us any information. Any warming advise out there would help our wandering thoughts??

did you put in a service request? if not, do so right away

  5. Wow even went to tell you that the info online was incorrect.... That's just nuts :bonk:

Yea, when I had called and before the rep transferred me to the Supervisor... She kept telling me he's only going to tell you the same thing I did. When I got to the supervisor I actually only spoke to him for about a min or two... i explained to him that i spoke to a prev rep before i had 5 months and he said i'd be able to get one and after that he said let me go ahead and transfer you to an escalated line... and there the lady again said she would only be able to place it if the system allowed her too and told me to wait... and walah! I had a service request in.

These people are tricky and will try to tell you anything to get you off the phone. Even after she said she submitted my request she went to tell me that I was still within normal processing time.

let us know once you hear something from them. glad they were able to give you service request

  6. No. CSC are working on Feb/March/April/May/June for some reason, no one knows why. hang tight. The average that was updated on the USCIS website last week still showed 5 months. I read somewhere that the CSC was telling callers they are working on Feb petitions, can't remember the date. You can try calling for an update after your 5 months, but its not likely you will get too much of a response in regards to when you will be approved, however, if you are really worried, then this can give you some comfort at least if you call and ask them to check that your petition is not lost, if thats all you need, then give yourself that peace of mind and call. :)

ok, thank you for your informative response. should i call the 1-800-375-5283 number to see if it is lost or is their a number for CSS that you know of??? can i call before the 5 month mark to see if my application is lost? thank you

  7. I filed in April and received my NOA2 on July 26th. Today I received Packet 4 and am in the process of booking the medical and my interview. I signed up for the text alert, but never received anything. However, I did receive their e-mail alert and I still remember how happy I felt when I got it. It seemed like nothing was happening with my application...not even a touch! I was so surprised when I got my NOA2. Hopefully everyone who is waiting for theirs will get it soon. Things move so much more quickly afterwards...and you'll just be bubbling over with excitement. :)

I see alot of may and june filers receiving their NOA2 at california service center the last few days. I'm filed at beginning of april and still nothing.....should I be concerned they lost my application if may and june are being approved and still nothing????
