      i found out that our case is being review again. alot has happened since October 2012. We decided to get married in April 2013. so after the wedding, as the applicant iwill file the I-130 for husband and proceed from their we haven't given up on us.

      to answer the questions of fees. money was available for everything that was needed prior to the interview. everything that had to be filed was on time. i guidance from my lawyer here in the states, plus a lawyer to check over the documents, in santiago. thnks

    I WILL BE leaving october 11and hopefully he will be returning with me.

    gracias for the feedback. Roberto received the packet Sept16. He notified me and today is sept24 and he informed that his physical is October 1. Plus i have be summond to the consulate october 15th for the interview. today sept 24 i rec'd a copy of his papers of what he is to complete. the approval was august 15. So i waited and BAM BAM everything has to be completed NOW! I WILL
