    hi guys,we've been waiting for our NOA2 for almost 5 months now, can I attend the seminar for the CFO while waiting or can I do it after having my visa to save trips going to Manila??

      per Igor's list, they're working on March 7 for VSC. i think it will be best to get visa 1st then go to CFO. good luck!
