What's TAL ? And you can send them email but you're gonna get same response

Visa Type : B1/B2

Consulate : CALGARY

Interview date : 11th January 2022

Got email to submit last 15 years History : 14th January 2022

Sent requested information : 14 JAN same day

Received Passport back with 221g Yellow Slip : 20th January 2022 

Ceas Status is : Refused since JAN 11th ( No Update )

My interview was 5 years ago & also I have no idea what kind of questions they can ask with Families.

This was the first timeI stay that long in last 4 years because this time I had good saving & other reasons was that I don't had to pay accommodation because I stay with friend.

Hi everyone, hope you guys doing good, I want to ask all the honorable experts that I am going to apply for Tourist/Visitors Visa for my Family  (Wife & two Kids, 8 yrs old & 5 yrs old, both school going) , Situation is that I already have a B1/B2 Visa Valid till August 2018, I've been to US three times in last 4 years, ( 3 weeks, 2 weeks & a long 5 month stay in this year from Feb to June), I also have a good traveling history of other countries like Schengen & UK, I am working as a manager in a private company with a reasonable income. We have planned to spend our Kids winter Holidays (Dec 23 to Jan 2) in US, please tell me what are the chances of my family to get Visa, This is their first time applying for a Visa. Please also tell me that Can I go with them for interview, Please also guide us about the interview. I will be really grateful for your response.

Stay 3 weeks in 2013 & 2 Weeks in 2015.

Kids age is 7 yrs old & 3 yrs old.

No i just stay 3 weeks last year in November, But My Friend said they can even cancel without any reason.

just wanted to ask u couple of things though if u cud pls answer. first of all, did u see any updates on ur case like date changing on ceac wesbite for a few days consecutively before visa was issued or did it just change once on the day it was actually issued?

secondly, what was ur category? IR1?

third, when u had ur interview and were put in AP, did they request further docs from u at that time or u were just put in ap for other things?

and lastly, u mentioned that u were in AP for more than a year, so did embassy request for new docs and medical etc from u recently?

Brother my Catagory is B1/B2 , NON Immigrant which is totally different from your catagory.

My Status Change first time on 24th August 2013 after 1 year & 15 days & then on 26th August 2013 to ISSUED.
