Has anyone here gone for a 221g follow up interview in Accra. 

Also if a divorce decree is being requested and its a traditional marriage

in Ghana what document do we present to prove that previous marriage was dissolved in Ghana by customary law?

Hello Visajourney...

My sisters case was placed on AP sept 2018in Accra Ghana. Case is an F1B - unmarried child of US citizen. The case was sent back to the USCIS for review and was re-affirmed by USCIS. 221-G follow up interview scheduled in January. New medicals and police clearance needed for this new interview as the old one has expired.  They are requesting for a divorce decree from a previous marriage . Anyone with experience please brief me. 

I personally prefer the CR1 visa to the finace. Looks like Ghana is doing well with the CR1's lately. With the CR1 some people may say its slower but its less complicated.

I did expedite based on financial hardship. I can send you the letter i sent to VSC if u want. Thanks
