This is to seek ur kind comment and idea. My brother has gone to U.S by married to U.S citizen. It was an arrangement married. They didn't love each other. After got in U.S they were live seperately. While my brother applied for green card, there was something bad happen. The local government has stated that this a fraud married because his wife's boyfriend brought this statement to. The local authority has offered two choices: 1) recall back his green card application; 2) continue the application process but they sure that finally it would be declined n he will be deported. Now brother obtained option 1. But does anyone know what should he do next? Need he find the attorney or jus keep living like this? Can he apply for college? He is so depress now. As sister, I can't help a thing. I feel bad and sad.
