My visa will expire in september (first week).. Is it ok for me to fly to the US on the 3rd week of august? Or is there a rule like for example 1 month before the expiration the benifiary will need to fly to the US? I am the benificiary btw..

How long will it take to get notified if when my case is complete already? Received a checklist on november and we already sent them back to nvc last week of november all the documents theyve asked from the checklist. Haven't heard anything from them yet til now..

Actually dont have any idea where its gone.. However i am certain that my certificate has arrived here in the philippines 2 weeks ago as I tracked it using the tracking number theyve given me.. how i wish its not lost and arrive in my address very soon so i can carry on

We are quite in the same situation.. right now i am only waiting for my uk police certificate to be delivered in my address but its taking so very long its the only thing that im waiting in order to carry on to the nvc process.. O God why is it that philippine post is too darn slow to deliver mails?

Another question, when I was in the UK, they had issued me a CRB (Criminal Records Bureau). It is a type of check as well. Does it count as police clearance?
