    We met online in 2007, In 2010, I went to visit him & his family in Algeria. Despite some things that held us back, we are still in constant communication with each other. We are still dedicated & faithful to each other and most of all, hopeful! We are taking this step to see what life will give us...always hopeful for blessings!

    Hello! I am an August filer (@CSC), is it safe to say that since I've been waiting for my second notice of action (NOA2) that may case will either be approved or be sent a RFE rather than a denial at this point in the process?

      I know that I will get a notice any day now but I just want to know what I should prepare for if there is still a chance that a denial will be given at this point of the process. Thanks!

      Can they deny? Sure. Is it likely? No.

      Not if you did all your paperwork correctly, and have proof you have seen him within the last 2 years (you said 2010, have you been since then? The waiting during this step is the worst and takes the longest, the rest is quick after this. Keep in mind he needs to be well prepared for the interview though! All will be just fine... :)

      Thank you for adding me :)...well, it is just that I hope that I am not waiting long only to be denied...I am pretty sure that I did all the paperwork correctly..at this time, I would be "ok" in receiving a RFE that a straight denial Unfortunately, we've only physically seen each other once in 2010, we tried last year but it is very ...at least that was what I was told..it would take alot of prepration & money again to go to Algeria but one will see for this year...whatever ha...
