I got a checklist for original marriage certificate. I sent the original marriage certificate. So I requested a supervisor review? Is there anything else I should or can be doing? Please help. Thank you in advance

NEW FORMS ARE BEING REVIEWED

The new AOS forms are being reviewed as of June 7th people have been getting case completes. I sent mine may 14 and it was reviewed on 6/11

I just called NVC and our case is complete as of today! I sent the new AOS on May 13, so I guess they are reviewing the new forms quite quickly... Good luck to everyone!

No not yet. I hope to get it soon. I already made the changes and have it ready to go. We have similar time lines....Here is to cc and interview dates scheduled soon....like before the end of June

Yes. You need to wait for the checklist email because you need to attach the checklist page plus the coversheet. They will gonna email you soon. I received mine the next day.

I sent the new form May 14th.

They reviewed mine 6/11 and I have a checlist for section 6 - I put adjusted income instead of total income.

Question for those who have received their checlist--Is there a special cover sheet I need to wait to receive?

The payment portal is going to be updated on Saturday the 8th. I am hoping their systems are being updated for the new AOS forms too and maybe the cause of the delay in case completes for June.

This is all a big ol pile of poo! Extremely frustrating.... What more can be done here? Shall we contact our public servants? Senators and such....Immigration reform my big toe. I know I am ranting but our pieces of paper sitting on their desks are our lives not JUST CASES. Frick and Frack I am beyond frustrated, I am mad as hell....put on hold indefinitely! And there is not much we can do about it. I work in government I know how constipated it can be.... to write out, get approval and implement "new" procedures can take God only knows how long...beaurocratic BS. What used to take a few days is now taking a few weeks. Some of us should have already gotten case completes instead we are on hold indefinitely....

I wrote to USCIS on Facebook and they answer that: USCIS has mentioned that,after June 23, 2013, it will only accept the 03/22/13 (new) edition. So please wait till then. Your application will be reviewed .

Karlakelton we need information on NVC processing the new I-864, AOS Form. I think we are all past USCIS and at the NVC stage. I really hope we dont have to wait until June 23....

I just got off the phone with the NVC. I want to and but it would be a futile waste of energy and time.

AOS forms are still on hold until their "systems are updated" and instructions have been provided for their processing. I asked about sending the old form. They said not to send in another if one is already there and everyone is going to have to use the new forms so it is better to use the new form. I expressed that it didn't feel better right now with there being an additional wait on an already long waiting process. But what exactly can we do? Exactly.

I did see a revised requirements for the new I-864 on the Dept of State website issued May 23, 2013. Hopefully we are closer to the NVC being ready for the new forms...

yes you should put case number on each piece of paper in the DS230 , this is how i did it

Hubby received choice of agent acceptance email this morning. Received DS-230 invoice at 3:57pm today. Paid it and will mail the packet tomorrow. I will update my timeline. A bit of good news. I am happy to share. Also, I have a question. Should I put the case number on each piece of paper in the DS230 packet?

They will ask him to sign at the interview.

Hmm, I'm not sure. I've never heard of someone getting a checklist for not signing the PCC before. You'll just have to wait and see...

Thank you for the response. I searched VJ and could not locate it being an issue. I will consider that a good thing, for now.

My husband did not sign the police clearance certificate. Does anyone know if this will be a problem?
