  1. My working permit has been on the way since early nov of 2014, and this WP is the only one that I really need for now regardless how bad or how good of my case in the court. I don't really care. Show me the WP :) That's all.

Is there any way that I may contact the best official number of the sub-dept for processing working permit? It's been about 3 months now and I don't know the status of mine.

    Any info would really appreciated.

  2. At first... I came as a student, but after that I've been overstayed for too long. Since 1997--believe it or not. I never been married and never have a kid. No criminal record at all and I always pay my taxes. But too much other problems has been preventing me of doing such kind a decided action to adjust my immigration status and I've stucked in a neutrality zone for such a long time!

When I just finished a practical school as a hemodialyis, I'm certified and everything is ready now. The only stumbling block that give me the hard times is how to get my working permit. That's all. Forget about greencard or citizenship program. Let's do it one thing at a time: Working Permit first. But I have no Idea how to get it.

I know you probably said, just marry a citizen to upgrade your status. Oh well, I always appreciate those simple shortcut answer.

But anyway....Is there any special program or other crack open door.. or a second chance for me to be able to get my Working Permit without marriage?

How long does it take, is it worthed and how much is the total cost?

Thanks for any eye opening answers.

Anyone ever got the same letter like this? Please share your experience about this letter. Just wondered, though need clarification especially this letter is signed but there's no name of the USCIS Field Officer on it. Thanks for your sharing.

  4. I am very worried and can't sleep since I received a summon letter for jury duty. How can i go to court when i am an illegal alien? Another big problem is that my passport was lost and my visa has been expired. Should I go personally to court-house but without my passport with me? (to tell to the court-clerk that I am not a citizen). But honestly I am also so scared to go to the courthouse:(....and you know if we failure to respond to this summons we will subject to either a fine or jail term or both.

Anyone may help me please? Thanks.
