your misunderstanding
you cant take the chicken pox shot if you have had it because it would be an unnecessary risk to take. with each shot there is a possibility of having a reaction. so the doctor will first test your blood. this is to avoid taking the shot unless you absolultely need it.
sorry if my previous post confused you. however i think that you should hold off your comments that insult persons living in the US. have you not realized that we have the greatest track record for controlling diseases than any other country in the world.
by the way - if persons living in the US are so prone to eat pills as candy - why would you want to live/move here? seems as if you would prefer to live elsewhere.
