Passport,2x2 photocopy of your passpost,3 2x2 ID,SLEC registration, appointment confirmation from the embassy for your interview, NOA2 if u dont have yet the NVC, NVC , USEmbassy letter if u have it, hope this is enough,

ung medical first come first serve but kailangang mabilis kang mag-fill up ng form,,dapat alam mong wala kang sakit gaya ng TB or any transferable na sakit sis,,my naipost ako sa forum about my exp,,hanapin mo nlng dito,,tpos u need to present appointment letter ung online reg mo sa SLEc kung ngreg kn,ayos lng din kung dk pa nakareg,kailangan lng mabilis kng mafill up ng form,then 2 copies of passport, 2x2 ID tatlo lng kinuha saakin, una isang ID lng tpos pag releasing kailangang my 2 piece o...
