i dont think there will be a problem with your husband. as long as someone is willing to co- sponsor you. but still he has to submit I-864 with explanation letter regarding his reason. im a us citizen, grow up in the philippines then i met my husband. i hope that helps. goodluck kabayan

i had the same problem as you. sorry but your case is still in process. after you submit remaining checklist. you have to wait for at least 10-20 bessiness days so they can process it usually mail is faster than email. so i advice you to send it through mail.mine only took 8 days. you still have to call nvc. they will tell you if your case is complete. hope it helps. goodluck
