  1. dont worry about your paperwork taking too long to be processed...as long as it gets approved then you'll be fine. it doesnt matter matter who gets approved first, you gotta remember that uscis has a lot of paperworks to work on, the approval of your petition depends on their hands so even if you complain for a thousand times still you cant do anything about it but to wait and be patient.

  2. hi there guys, i hope there's anybody even just one from the vj members who could please help me with my concern, okay so here is the problem, my husband and i got into a fight 3days ago and my husband pissed me off so much that he even came up to the point that he pretended that he was talking to a uscis officer to have my aos processing cancelled (which i really thought was true, i found out that he didnt call em' up after we fought, coz he said that he was just trying to pissed me off)okay but here is the real problem, i got so mad of what he had done i tore the letters that i got from the uscis these are the I-797noa receipt notice, my biometrics appointment(i already had my biometrics 2months ago and i already got my ead card and ssn) and the letter from the uscis that my aos was transferred to california service center,so right now i am just waiting for my aos approval(this is the only thing that i am waiting for just in case i would be one of the lucky ones who need not to go thru an interview anymore just to have my aos approved) so here is my question just in case i will receive an interview appointment for my aos will i still be needing the copies of the receipt notice, the proof that i already had my biometrics done and the notice that my case was transferred to csc? i am really scared that i might get in trouble in my aos processing for destroying these copies.please i really need a response from you guys so il know what to do.thank's in advance for any future replies.
