your bf need his bc , passport and then get the LEGAL CAPACITY TO MARRY at usembassy manila. you need that when you apply for marriage license at civil registrar or municipal hall. For you u need bc, cenomar and then wait 10 days to get the license number.

hey Manilaraf, i did say better treated outside philippines becoz when i was there i still have scar in my lungs and and when i treated here in europe and US scars was gone. thats why i said better. yeah my medical story was different and get lucky i not need to go back and forth in slec for treatment. and not with my husband until finish. I m with my hubby after 30 days instead of freaking 6 mos waiting.

i've been treated outside SLEC, i finished 8 mos before i went to slec. I had my certificate from my pulmonologist said its good to go and no need SLEC treat me again. I went to slec have hope i passed the medical becoz i treated already but slec want me to repeat my 6mos at their clinic not outside and said they not accept outside. I dont want to be repeat all my medications if it need i dont want inside phils. So my hubby got pcs in europe and my cr1 on hold becoz of slec. I didnt started at slec, they keep calling me that i need to start treatment. So i applied b1/b2 visa (transit) got approved in just 30days, without medical and just proof was orders that i not stay in US for that long (just 5days in TX and fly to europe). I treated in europe hospital 14mos and move here in US to continue more 6mos. I transfered my cr1 application from phils to europe and it takes 2 mos to transfer but thats ok becoz i still on treatment. I didnt wait for so long for my visa here in europe. they approved my visa even im in the middle of treatment with my doctors consent that its free to fly without risk. i never been positive of sputum even when i was in phils but my xray yes. Im here now in US almost a year and have my 10 year green card and done my 18 months treatment last year.

well be careful man, getting documents needs her ### work hard. not just money, thats too high to asked. Agency not get her passport fast if she needs it right now.

Sorry to hear this but maybe you are contaminated again kasi yung result mo is from last year pa.. try to ask them if you can undergo the treatment in the US instead of here that keep on delaying your petition.

nakakainsulto pa nito, feb 2013 expire my medical, so pag nag retreatment ko march 2013 ang tapos , then ulit daw uli ng sputum and culture. parang buong buhay ko ginugol ko sa knila.

i was treated last year and #### lukes want retreatment. NOOOOOO. di nga nila alam kung ano gagawin sa data ko. bakit ung sputum ko positive eh negative lahat last sa record nila last year. so i wait culture and i went to my private physician where i was treated. retreatment not necessary.

i was there 2days ago for evaluation. said im positive. they want me sign DOTS paper to start treatment. i not signed becoz i was treated sept 2011, i had my medical cert from private physician. they had my data since last year, bcoz i was there oct 2011 then finished culture dec 2011. My medical was expired so need to get new one last month for new sputum test. Doubtful, dr. dont know what to put on data becoz she read i was negative and treated. She want to retreatment and i said NO, i was treated. then she say wait culture. if culture positive need retreatment. So, done there, i gave folders to asst. Here again. I wait 30 mins to give me small paper. but she gave me form to start treatment. (DOTS paper). Obviously, she dont know what to do. I asked her why gave me that form? I was so upset but i stay calm. Yesterday i went to my private doctor where i was treated. he said retreatment is not necessary. KAINIS DIBA? GALING AKO SA KANILA LAST YEAR, EXPIRED LANG. TAPOS NGAUN GUSTO NILA AKONG PAULITIN. to add some additional information and to clarify, her ex petitioned over 1 1/2 years ago. The most info I can garnish is that my fiance never received any correspondence from the embassy or anyone else. This is my first ever petition. Her ex was not clear with her about the point at which he abandoned the process or if he ever even formally cancelled it but she believes he just dropped it. Is it worth it to try and call the CSC to see if there is anything I can or need to do? Thoughts?

Hello, i just received my packet 4 and interview schedule will be on August 21. In the packet 3 it was clearly stated that they will not accept Certificate of No Marriage (CENOMAR) from individual applicants but it should be sent directly from the National Statistics Office of the Philippines direct to the US Embassy. Does anyone have idea how long does it take to request a CENOMAR online? I'm scared it wouldn't arrived on time though i will have it sent through FEDEX,there is no information how long..help help i'm getting nervous! I have my copy here which i took personally when i went home last January but it was clearly stated that it's not acceptable. Can anyone share there experience? Thanks in advance! Any advise please?
