Hi i have already paid IV fee and sent out ds230 with out PCC my consulate is mumbai INDIA . But when to get PCC. My regional Passport office is Vadodra

HI my wife is in india she don't speak english she will need interpreter do i have to fill out extra request form or just write language "gujarati" in ds230 question 33 where it says "Languages spoken or read"

Can someone help me here? This is urgent because I am submitting DS-230 and other documents pretty soon and I need some help with PCC.

My wife just got her passport (for the first time) few days ago. Does she need a local police clearance certificate to go along with DS-230? I have read somewhere that If the passport was issued within last 6 months it is not necessary. Will I get a rfe if I do not submit local police clearance certificate with DS-230? Can I just submit a letter with DS-230 explaining why she does not need a local police clearance certificate?

I know that we need to submit the PCC from passport office to VFS Post prior to interview?

Let me know if your wife had to get local police clearance certificate to ge pcc from passport office. my wife's passport was issued 3 months ago.

I Sent Email to NVC research on 07/18/2012 and received response from on 07/19/2012 they will contact USCIS but have not heard back from NVC research. I called NVC on 08/3/2012 they have not received my file

I130 for my wife was approved on June 21st 2012 but NVC has not received it until today I have also email to NVC research & NVC inquiry
