Hi everyone I been burdening my self with work. Lol just to not do to much thinking . This is the email I got to day after emailing them and asking why I was denied.....Dear Madam: Thank you for your inquiry. Our records indicate that following the beneficiary’s initial interview, the consular officer was unable to confirm his relationship with you. Therefore, he was refused the fiancé visa and his application will be soon returned to the USCIS district office for further consideration. This case is considered closed in our office. ...

Base on other threads I have read many people in the same situation as yourself have gotten there state rep involved or senator. Find out who your state rep is according to your district area, they should have a local address where you can go in person and get them involved? Your a US Citizen and that is why we vote them in office.

from the CO's perspective, he answered the question incorrectly because you put in the petition that you knew of him as a child and he said something different. you could have spoken up and said "he's right. we were formally introduced in 2010 by my cousin but i've had my eye on him since i was a kid even though he didn't know i existed" or something like that. that's the benefit/purpose of you being at the interview...to step in and clarify. did they directly ask ...

Hello everyone just got back from Haiti an hour ago!!!! Sad but I'm ready to find out how to deal with this denied Visa... Ok I seen Doody twice as a kid on the block when I used to go to Haiti in the summer but we never spoken and at the age 12 my trips over the summer going to Haiti started to fade away. the easiest way you could do that is marry him in Haiti or in Dominican Republic then you will fill I-130 for him then he will get his green card in 3 weeks when he get to USA. But you need to be a US citizen and things will go faster. Believe me, i done this with my wife, she is a US citizen. CRI visa process is quicker than fiancee visa.

OMG am I worried reading all these reviews are really hard because you don't knw what your gonna expect in your own!!!Pray for me only 15days till my K1 visa interview if u have any suggestion plz feel free to share thank you

relax, but be prepared. make sure he knows all dates of when you met, got engaged, etc. that you submitted in your petition. if you are not at the interview and he slips up on a date or his account of things doesn't match what was in the petition, he will be denied. the day of our interview, i saw many people's visa denied because they were not prepared. read the embassy reviews so you are aware of the possible questions they may ask. good luck!

NVC sent my case out on the 11th yesterday I wonder what took so long but I thank GOD cuz I was worried. Now Stephen just waiting for package3 he should get it sometime next week. Happy u got your interview

My I129F was approve on the 10th of september and NVC received it on the 19th of September. It is now Oct. 6 and my case is still with NVC has not yet been sent out.I was told the most it would take to send. Is 10 days but its been way more then ten days and when I call I really can't get any explanation on why it has not left yet. I'm worried

Hi Laura well I'm still waiting Friday I called NVC and they still was processing the paper work so may be I'll call today and see if it has been sent off to Haiti embassy.But happy you doing good who did Ferlay see for his medical exam and how much did it cost you.Thanks for checking on me

I'm kinda confuse I got my NOA2 hard copy in the mail today thinking it will lead me to the next stepWell it just say my I129F is approved and also for me to contact the consult which I did I received no answer I also emailed them and they emailed me back in two second saying they would contact me In 48 HoursI'm I in the right direction.Please helpThank You

Congrad!!!! I was sad until I seen your good news in we both share almost the same date my I129f was sent on 4/14/12 and I got a NOA1 0n 4/17/12 I'm praying I'm right behind you I miss my baby so much.
