My I129F was approve on the 10th of september and NVC received it on the 19th of September. It is now Oct. 6 and my case is still with NVC has not yet been sent out.I was told the most it would take to send. Is 10 days but its been way more then ten days and when I call I really can't get any explanation on why it has not left yet.  I'm worried

Hi. Can somebody help me. I am married to a US Army based in Germany and he wanted me to go there in the US next year cus he will be station there this January 2013. What we must need to do so i can go there as soon as possible when he gets there? What requirements do i need and he needs? But now i am just waiting for the releasing for my Philippine Passport this Friday. and I will go first in Germany to be with him. I need some answers. ASAP Thank you
