Well I'm not sure if I understand you but if he is the Petitioner then yes when the NOA2 comes he will have to file form I134 affidavit support but if you are the petitioner then it u who will need to file form I134

Currently I am waiting for the NOA2 of my K1 visa. I have a question that bothers me so much. Does he need to submit Affidavit of Support when he files the petition?

I wud start the 129f now even if she goes back home it wud be in process that way u can visit her on the application it ask if ur fiancé in the USA u can have it expedite that way u prob get a response quicker

3day email 7days by mail..check to see if they cashed the check if they did then u have a case number.Call and find out maybe something wrong with address

You can still use the i129f to bring ur husband here while u wait on his approval with no charge my sister did it it allow her husband to enter as a visitor when u apply use the paper that they sent to you. Then file i129f u will fine the instruction on the application for the married couple who just want to enter their spouse as the wait for their approval

Who here feels like they could have done things differently if they knew all about the Visa Journey earlier? My husband and I got married in Feb 2012 & filed the I-130 in July...then we got to learn that there was something like a K1 visa which could have been less of a hustle!!!! But oh well,we're already married. It's not like we can be unmarried then file for a K1 then re-marry,you know? Anyway, I guess there's a reason for everything. But if we knew about the K1 visa...... Meanwhile we're waiting for the NOA2.
