      It is my opinion that he answered correctly, because as you stated you saw him as a child, but he was never formerly introduce to you, which actually means he never meet you. Big Big difference!!!

      Base on other threads I have read many people in the same situation as yourself have gotten there state rep involved or senator. Find out who your state rep is according to your district area, they should have a local address where you can go in person and get them involved? Your a US Citizen and that is why we vote them in office.

      from the CO's perspective, he answered the question incorrectly because you put in the petition that you knew of him as a child and he said something different. you could have spoken up and said "he's right. we were formally introduced in 2010 by my cousin but i've had my eye on him since i was a kid even though he didn't know i existed" or something like that. that's the benefit/purpose of you being at the interview...to step in and clarify. did they directly ask ...
