Hello vjers can some help me out a bit my k1 petition was approved in April Expired July 3 was still pushed after experation date do you think I will still get an appontment .

Waiting on an answer from Vermont on the FRE approved/denied praying I get an answer soon.

Waiting patiently for my RFE response praying for some good news.

Hoping to get this RFE information in before jan. 24 having my lawyers services suck. But I pray that my RFE I send will process quickly once it's sent in and VSC receives the info.

Need some advice my fiancé needs more proof of pics and bus tickets but its risky too travel we seen each other and my son when they came in June of 2011 but they haven't been back since the only proof is the pics and bus ticket from 2011 and uscis is asking for more and affidavits should they risk coming back to Mexico or just send in the proof they have sent in again

No depending on the lawyer I hired one in August of 2011 and I am still waiting I got my RFE Monday from the checklist I am missing some documents the lawyer never told me to send with petition . Soo I think it's better if you do the paper work yourself if you have no criminal history. A lot of people I read say its a waist of money to hire a lawyer cause they really can't do anything...
