The case hase the interview on april did you know when their case has been approved.

The date of the case that have been approved, and they have got their interview now.

Hi everyone. I'm an Algerian woman that lives in Algeria. My husband live in the USA for about 6 months now. He obtained the green card via lottery (in 2010).

He consulted a lawyer there who explained to him that the procedure to bring me there could take up to 2 years. This is rather long for me and I know I have to be patient but it's hard, I'd like to know if I could ask for a Student visa while he's filing for me.

In other words, what is the fastest/best way for me to go to him? please help me i am lost Thanks in advance

voila il a vu un avocat la bas qui lui a éxpliqué que la procédure pour me regroupé va prendre j'usqu'a 2ans qui est beaucoup pour moi je sait que je doit étre patiente mais c dure.sachant qu'il na pas encore déposé mon dossier j'aimerai s'avoir si je peut demandé en parlléle un visa touristique ou bien un visa étudiant tandit que la procédure est en cours qu'elle est le moyen pour le rejoindre merci d'avance
