I haven't been on here in so long, this site helped me a lot with the first process now I'm back again to seek help with removal of conditions. What steps do I need to take? help I am so confused I have no idea how or where to start.

I keep checking the embassy website and it was updated 3 times when I checked on the 9th it said updated on the 7th when I checked again last night it said updated february 11th when I checked a while ago it said updated february 15th which is today is it normal for it to be updated that often?

We have been waiting since January 15, 2013....checked the status of the visa on the site at https://ceac.state.gov/CEACStatTracker/Status.aspx?eQs=o/iS8zDpeAKjMWCuebHqOw==

it says it was updated February 5, 2013 and was issued and printed and should be available for pick up soon but I called the US Department of State at (202) 663-1225 early this morning and the man I spoke to said it was still being processed. I asked so it's in Administrative Processing? He said yes but only because they haven't printed it yet. I told him the site to check visa status said it was printed and he confirmed that no it was not. He made it clear that the only thing holding us up still was that it was not printed and they were waiting for the Kingston Embassy to print it but that there was no other issue or reason it was still being processed. So frustrating as well as confusing since the site says printed and the live person says not printed! I asked the man what we can do to speed up the printing process since it's already practically been a month and he said best thing is to keep in contact with them, so I wonder if the more you call the DOS it brings your specific case to their attention and maybe can potentially get things moving faster....he told me to call back next week...another week goes by uhhhh! While this process is beyond frustrating and extremely difficult it gives me a little relief to know my fiance and I are not the only ones in the same boat...try to hang in there....our system is so broken and does not serve its citizens as it ought to...I think I'm going to start voicing my opinion to our government leaders so they can "reform" the system in a way that really changes how they deal with it's citizens and our foreign relatives...I'm an RN and one vital attribute as an RN is compassion and holistic thinking, this is how we should be treated when going through the immigration process as well, I mean our lively hood and future depends greatly on the decisions made by immigration yet they treat us like we are just another case number or file instead like human beings who have emotions...this process brings a lot of stress on us that can and does really effect our ability to cope day to day....something got to give

my husband dropped off his passport and paid dhl on february 7th how long does it usually take for dhl to call to pick up?

Can you pull up the phone records from here? I was able to pull copies through Comcast both calls made and received. Also, do you have any Western Union receipts? Cards, letters etc?

He has western union recipts and pictures I tried to get my phone records but because I have simple mobile I have to call the company to get it when I call and request it they said the only way they can release It is if its requested by the court or police

We have tons of pictures together about 9 years worth of pictures

my husbands interview is on monday 2 weeks ago he went to digicel to request his phone records and they called him wednesday that just passed to say it was available for pick up however when he went to pick it up he realized that they only gave him text records which is a problem because he is not much of a texter we talk on the phone for at least 4 hours everyday he notified digicel and was told that they would try to get him the call records by yesterday which was friday and when he called they didnt have it ready as yet,his interview is earlier monday morning so what I want to know is if he will get denied because of it?and will it be ok for him to explain what happen?

I got case complete on november 14th and my interview was schedule for january 28th, and my mom got case complete last week tuesday and got interview date january 7th

I was told by nvc that my case was sent out to usa embassy in jamaica on the 6th can someone plz tellme how to track the package I really need to speak to the embassy about my case and they can't help me without having it there

has anyone been able to track if nvc sent out cases to embassy in various countries?

Is the US consulate in Jamaica lenient with granting earlier interview dates if requested?

Got case complete on november 14th received interview date for january 28 emailed the embassy for an earlier date they said try again when they receive the case from nvc tried the whole dhl tracking nothing came up probably wasn't doing it right hve anyone been able to track anything lately? I call nvc twice everyday to find out if it was sent out I swear by the time I'm done nvc will have my number on a do not answer list posted all over the property I feel like I'm gonna go crazy

I had no idea it would take so long to ship a case to jamaica

How can I track package on dhl without having the tracking number jamaica consulate told me to email them once they have my package and they will check for an earlier interview date for my husband

When will nvc start scheduling interviews for january?

Just called both nvc and dos and was told that they are done scheduling for the month od december all slots are filled I swear as soon as I heard that I got depressed I guess I won't be seeing my husband until next year right now I'm crying because I'm so frustrated I don't even want to tell him that we won't have a december interview he is going to be dissapointed

Ok thanks. My husband just told me that he got an email saying that they received the request, but didn't say anything about them "accepting" it. Is that the same thing? Also, I just tried logging onto the NVC website to pay the IV fee, but still no luck. Any insight?

Yes that's it they accepted it they are going to send u an email by tomorrow letting u know that u were chosen to be the choice of agent when u get that email you will be able to pay the iv bill

Is anyone else still waiting for a confirmation from NVC for the agent confirmation? My husband sent the email almost two weeks ago now, and we still have no response from the NVC.

Hi Everyone,

I paid the AOS fee on 10/10, and I told my hubby to send the email assigning me as his agent that same day (which was 10/11 according to India and the night of 10/10 for us). He has not yet received any confirmation or acceptance email from the NVC, and because of that I am unable to pay the IV fee. Should I have him resend the email? Or should we wait?

I was reading somewhere online that I will need to send in proof of my mothers address I guess to show that we do live together what can i use as proof of address? And what other documents will I need to send in with the AOS packet?

I called NVC yesterday to see if my case had been received from VSC and they said they received it in the building on the 24th already and my case was only updated as approved on the USCIS website the 26th so call NVC at the end of this week and hear what they say
