My wife and I are in the final stages of our greencard process (currently I'm on an L-1B, wife and L2), we've just had our biometrics done last week.
My greencard application is being sponsored by my company who are paying all the costs and have assigned lawyers to do all the stuff for us.
Now, regarding the interview, does everyone get interviewed, a select few, the majority, how does it work.... I'm trying to figure out how long until the greencard arrives and if there is anything else we need to do before the process is complete.
I'm originally from the UK if that makes any difference to how things move along.... I was told it does, however I'm not sure why it would.
Does everyone have an interview?
